Returns & Exchanges Policy
Items Shipped to Incorrect Address
If the incorrect address has been entered during checkout, we do not take responsibility for the package being delivered to the wrong address. Please double check all shipping information when checking out with your order. If you notice the incorrect address BEFORE shipment, please email us at info@americandoxie.com in a timely manner, and we will update your shipping address for you. Once the item ships, we are not responsible.
Stolen, Lost, or Late Packages
We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or late packages. We have no extra information regarding delivery once the package leaves our shop. Once the tracking information is marked as ‘delivered’ we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding these issues.
My Item is Damaged/Missing/Incorrect
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, a product is missing, or a product is incorrect, you should promptly contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at info@americandoxie.com with your order number, name, and details of the product with images included (if applicable). We will inspect these images and determine If you are eligible for a replacement.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes including sizing, item, and address can be made by emailing info@americandoxie.com at any time if your order has not been marked as ‘Shipped’. After your order has been marked as ‘Shipped’ we cannot make any changes to your order. Order cancellations can be made up to 48 hours after the order is placed if it hasn't shipped. If any changes need to be made to your order after it has been shipped, you will need to go through the Returns and Exchanges process.
Returns
We accept returns according to the policy listed. Contact us at info@americandoxie.com to begin the process. You can return items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. We also accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returns must include receipt or proof of purchase for items in like new condition free of make-up, perfume, deodorant, and animal hair. If 30 days or more have passed, please contact us at info@americandoxie.com with your name and order information and we will determine if your item can be eligible for a return for store credit or an exchange. We are not responsible for shipping costs on return items unless there was a mistake on our part.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price excluding any shipping costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Some sales and special items can be returned, but for store credit only. Contact us to see if your item is eligible. Drinkware items are not eligible for exchange or return unless the item is defective.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or product of equal value, please contact us at info@americandoxie.com within 30 days of delivery in order to begin the process. Please include your name and order information. Items must be in like new condition free of make-up, perfume, deodorant, and animal hair. We do not cover the cost of shipping on a return item unless there was a mistake on our part.
Some mystery pack and sale items may not be eligible for an exchange. Contact us to see if your item is eligible. Drinkware items are not eligible for exchange or return unless the item is defective.

Refund Policy
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Sale or special items are non-refundable and can only be returned for store credit, or exchanged for an item of equal value if the order is deemed eligible by our team.
