Shipping times vary. Our stocked items are usually processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, depending on our workload. Made to order items can take 5-10 business days. All tracking information will be emailed to the email provided at checkout. If unable to locate it, please check your spam folder. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update after being marked as 'Shipped'.

Please email us at info@americandoxie.com to report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 10 days of receiving your package and we will work with you to correct any mistakes. Please include your name, order information, and any images of the damaged or incorrect item.
